  Beware of illegal attorney fees added to your ledger and threats of eviction if not paid with your rent after a 7 day quit or pay totaling an excess of $500. It is important to note that legal fees can only be awarded by a judge through a separate civil case according to Nevada law. Fake number to corporate. Corporate should be investigating the personnel at the front office immediately!!!!

  I honestly love it🙏The two ladies who work in the office are adorable and very helpful. The place is very quiet and clean. I respect the people who live here too. I can only recommend this small, secluded apartment complex, but everything is nearby. I really can only say good things☝️My apartment is beautiful and everything is so green. It's nice to get out of the house because the atmosphere is simply great.😇🙏❣️Thank you Kaylee❣️

  Loved touring the community. Brianna was super helpful and answered all my questions and gave me the best tour I’ve had in weeks from searching for a new place. Definitely recommend checking this community out if your looking for your new home.

  I was resident there for more than 6yrs and move out last October 25. Gave the keys to office manager Now year later collecting phone calls for rental insurance for 10/25 to 10/31 which I already left that place gave to keys to their office. They didn’t pay my security deposit back yet I’m retired last year came back to my country so I can’t even go there to fix this problem. The office manager asked my new address so they will mail the check, never received , the office manager is not doing their job.

  We were able to move in pretty quick. Dina was really helpful in the application process. Very quiet and clean complex. Great place to call home
