- RGRoman GravesDec 29, 20252.0Pretty ridiculous when you spend thousands a month and you can’t even get a parking spot in the lot because they let people bring anyone to live here, on the lease or not. I have a half ton pickup that doesn’t fit in the garage and they can even block off a few spots for parking for paying residents. By the time you get home from work, the parking spots are all taken and you’re told you have to suck it up and park somewhere off the property. Unacceptable, but they let it happen and then are shocked when you express that frustration. For the price you’re better off renting a house. Will not be renewing my lease, they don’t prioritize the people paying the bills.

Just called and once again the miserable lady answering phones said “there’s nothing available” but clearly on the website it states 3 units so instead of offering the next units it’s just nothing available. You guys clearly don’t want people renting, which after reading the reviews thank you for saving me from dealing with miserable people who hate their job or dealing with people who can’t even pay rent next to me. That’s why there’s also construction happening in the front of the only entrance or exit.

During my time here, I encountered serious and deeply troubling issues. There appeared to be ongoing illegal activity, including suspected prostitution and drug dealing happening in plain sight. Evelyn did not care to look into it at all. It appears they care more about the reputation and image. Even more disturbing, my dog was stolen, and when I went to management for help, they showed no concern. They refused to provide security footage, citing “privacy” policies—offering no support or accountability. To make matters worse, it seems they allow tenants to rent using CPNs (Credit Privacy Numbers), with little effort to verify real identities. This creates an unsafe and unstable living environment for everyone. If safety, security, and responsible property management matter to you, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
