  Pretty ridiculous when you spend thousands a month and you can’t even get a parking spot in the lot because they let people bring anyone to live here, on the lease or not. I have a half ton pickup that doesn’t fit in the garage and they can even block off a few spots for parking for paying residents. By the time you get home from work, the parking spots are all taken and you’re told you have to suck it up and park somewhere off the property. Unacceptable, but they let it happen and then are shocked when you express that frustration. For the price you’re better off renting a house. Will not be renewing my lease, they don’t prioritize the people paying the bills.

  Called 3 months ago; they said they have nothing to tour. Then I’m working with someone named “Sydney” from tiktok who goes & views available units, & just toured these apartments. It said this property has 3 units to tour. Just called and once again the miserable lady answering phones said “there’s nothing available” but clearly on the website it states 3 units so instead of offering the next units it’s just nothing available. You guys clearly don’t want people renting, which after reading the reviews thank you for saving me from dealing with miserable people who hate their job or dealing with people who can’t even pay rent next to me. That’s why there’s also construction happening in the front of the only entrance or exit. No I do not mistake your rude attitude workers for anyone else, it’s YOUR property, instead of finding an excuse tell your workers to have better attitudes. Once again accept responsibility for your rude & lazy front office workers clearly they hate their job & should probably find new workers.

  We are apartment shopping about 6-10 months ahead of our intended lease start date. The Croix was a top complex on our list, but we wanted to see it in person. We scheduled a tour online several days ahead. When we arrived, we were told they didn’t have any units available to tour. They also didn’t offer to give us any information about the complex (prices, floor plans, amenities, fees, application process, etc.). And the leasing office, unfortunately, looked really run down and dumpy. If this is the experience for a potential new resident, and the leasing office looks like that… then we are absolutely passing on this complex.
