Not even here a month. And everything that could go wrongs did. And now something that was repaired isn’t. Second time thats I have to go into office to complain about problem with my handle to master tub. He came supposedly fixed it, knowing that he was putting a wrong screw in it. So now that screw fell out and the handle is not attached again to the wall nor is the other screw on the side of the handle. This is sad. This should’ve been repaired a long time ago I guess replacing things that need to be replaced is a problem.

The location is nice and quiet, but my leasing experience has been unacceptable and misleading.
I relocated from out of state in March 2026. During the tour, both a 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom unit were clearly quoted at $1,550/month, and that price was written down on the leasing flyer. I have a photo of this written quote. Based on that representation, I selected the 1-bedroom and proceeded with the application.
Before signing, I called to clarify the $1,619 base rent and specifically asked whether it included pet rent and liability insurance. I was told a manager would confirm and return my call. That call never happened.
On 4/1, I was charged $1,619 plus additional fees for pet rent, liability insurance, and an extra application fee. When I contacted the office, management denied responsibility for the original quote and stated the unit had never been rented below $1,619.
This is the core issue: a written quote was provided by their staff, and instead of honoring it or correcting the error at the time, they shifted responsibility after the lease process was already underway. That is misleading at best.
There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the discrepancy—only a suggestion that my option is to break the lease.
Prospective renters should proceed with caution: do not rely on verbal or written quotes from leasing staff unless every detail is formally documented and confirmed in the lease. Based on my experience, pricing representations may not be honored, and follow-through from management is lacking.

Friendly and helpful staff.
We’ve had such a great experience at Avalon at Seven Hills! The team has been amazing to work with from start to finish. They’re responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed anything clarified.
