  Current Renter. 2200 a month. Walked to the pretty mediocre gym at this "luxury" property. No bar for squats or bench. This is a gym for your girlfriend to go to while sipping a frappucino and taking a selfie, not much else. Max free weights are 50 pounds. Not sure how long the gym door's knob has been broken but I can't access this already mediocre feature of this place sadly. As I was walking back to my apartment after being unable to go to the gym, a Sierra Highway patrolman pulled past me in his car and asked if I had seen anyone in a black hoodie by the pool or on the property. The junkies I see on the way to the Arco gas station had made me question the safety of living here, but I think this takes the cake. This place is over priced with very few functioning amenities. It only exists because millennials can't afford real homes.

  We recently left Carson Hills after 2+ years. Our experience from the beginning has been wonderful. The apartments have the latest modern amenities of a smart home and the views from our unit were incredible. The facilities including fitness center and pool were kept clean and inviting. Alex (manager), Killian (leasing), and Chris (and his maintenance team) have been most professional, kind and helpful. Based on our time here, we can honestly say Carson Hills is the best apartment complex in Carson City.

  My family and I lived at the carson hills apartments for a year and gotta say it was chill and friendly .rocky ,Alex and Killian always were there to answer any questions or help , they always showed us respect thank you rocky,Alex and killian, you guys are a great team keep up the great work 👍

  The property is beautiful. The apartments are brand new and outstanding! With almost everyone these day having pets and rentals not allowing our furry family members, I love that Carson Hills Apartments is pet friendly! Everyone on staff is absolutely efficient and very friendly! Alex, Daisy and Ginny in the office and Efren and Joe in maintenance. If you’re looking for a great place to live, this should be your first and only stop!
