- HHHazelSep 27, 20254.0I recently had a viewing at The Carrington and was very impressed. I did not have an appointment but Allison took the time to show me a unit then and there. The building itself is beautiful, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the apartment I saw had a wonderful view of the harbour and was very open and spacious. Allison was also great, she was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable about both the building and the surrounding areas. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

The location is absolutely perfect with plenty to see, neighbour's are super friendly, apartment is huge, beautiful breeze comes off the ocean. Resident Manager, Allyson, is adorable and extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent place to live.
