  Don't live here. They make you buy a bunch of add-on services beyond rent, and they don't deliver on the services. They are letting the place get run down and don't care when you complain.

  We have had a metric ton of issues with moving in and just living here in general but our handyman Elijah has been a blessing and he is 5 stars specifically but the apartment complex is like 3ish🫶🏻 He has come multiple times in a row to deal with a huge sink issue we’ve been having. He’s super sweet and very helpful!!

  This place is a joke. Can't wait until my lease is over. If you're thinking about moving here, think again. The assigned parking they make you PAY for is terrible. Not even close to your apartment. Guest parking is very limited and so close together you can't even get out of your car! The stairs are so old and rickety I fear falling through everyday. The management team is rude and doesn't care.

  Stacie is so nice and so straightforward. She made me feel that I could trust the property, and she offered local referrals and resources. Very knowledgeable! Loved her!

  Worst place I ever stayed in my life overpayed for a really poor complex badmaintnace had a problem with sliding window wasn't fixed for 8 months had other damages and none were fixed since move in, if you like getting ripped off and scammed this is the perfect place for you ,I would never recommend this place to friends or family it is a complete sham and there is a lot nicer complexes for at least 400-600$a month cheaper and still very close to downtown
