  Lived here since 2022 and loved it. It’s a quaint little alcove that I look forward to going home to. Their amenities are competitive but I think one of the major considerations in us renewing our lease every year is the maintenance staff. They keep the place clean and respond to maintenance calls quickly. Shout out to Victor to fixing the fully collapsed sink within the day, and the other times he’s popped over to fix something.

  Moving from out of state in 3 weeks seemed daunting, but Amanda has been an angel — so helpful, kind, professional, understanding and patient. She arranged for a virtual visit and quotes for 2 units. As it was only the second place I saw, I waited two days and the unit I wanted was gone. I looked around more and even made a comparison chart with other options. I reached back out to Amanda twice for suggestions and she patiently assisted me and even suggested a sister property. Because Amanda was so helpful responsive, and really seemed to love her job, I became convinced it was the right choice for me. I also really liked the space and value, so after 2 more weeks, 18 listings, and requesting another virtual viewing, which Amanda patiently conducted, I decided to go with the second unit I had seen. So far, I’m loving it! Spacious, clean, new, convenient, and modern, Olympus de Santa Fe is centrally located and a great value. Parking is a bit challenging without an assigned space, meriting my 4 stars instead of 5, but all else seems fabulous so far. Most of all, I’ve so very much appreciated Amanda’s outstanding and caring assistance, which has made all the difference in the stress level of this move for me.

  Amanda Ganskow did a phenomenal job walking through each process, to ensure I understood what was available within Olympus De Santa Fe, the greater area of Santa Fe, NM, and the variety of options and luxury items available to you as renter of the apartment complex. She was very helpful, detail oriented, understanding, flexible, and very professional.

  I’ve been looking high and low for housing in Santa Fe and after many viewings I decided to call Olympus de Santa Fe home. It’s great value for the price, beautifully designed new facilities, and a very welcoming and accommodating staff. Edna greeted me immediately and showed me several units in my process range until I found one that felt like home. Then Tyler took over with the application process which he processed very efficiently but offering much support along the way with any questions I may have. They have even been sensitive to my need for non toxic cleaners and airing the space out before arrival. First impressions are strong. Feeling hopeful about having a positive experience here.
