We immediately felt at home and have been very impressed with the quality of our Pulte home. Our construction manager, Julio, was the best part of the whole process. We have bought new construction homes before but have never been as pleased with the end result as we are now. Our Pulte loan process worked great with my VA home loan and we ended up with a rate about half of the current market rates. I highly recommend you give Pulte a look and consider joining the Colibri community like we did.
