  The whole experience and interaction with sales consultant Susan and construction manager Alfredo have been wonderful. Susan was very accommodating and helpful while Alfredo was very knowledgeable and very informative. My wife and I are so happy and blessed to have found Rainbow Canyon neighborhood! The views are beautiful, the area is quiet (no loud traffic noise from major streets) and the oval shaped community is simply designed and not confusing like other neighborhoods. For us, the Verbena style floor plan is such a great design that is both spacious and bright. So far, we are happy with our purchase. 🏡

  Scott, Edgar, and Wendy were all amazing. They made the loan process simple and easy to navigate. Since buying a new home can feel overwhelming, their responsiveness made a big difference. They were always prompt in answering any questions or addressing any concerns along the way.

  Susan is a Gem. She's the best. She's the only reason why this place is getting any stars. BUT......the community is falling apart , no one takes pride in their homes. Overgrown weeds, people leaving couches and trash on their front lawn for weeks on end. People working on cars in the middle of the street, Rv's parked in the street for long periods of time and even abandoned cars at times. Last time I checked, we lived in Rio Rancho, not Albuquerque. The HOA doesn't enforce anything.I don't even know why i'm even paying it.
