- JDJose DominguezDec 2, 20252.0Susan is a Gem. She's the best. She's the only reason why this place is getting any stars. BUT......the community is falling apart , no one takes pride in their homes. Overgrown weeds, people leaving couches and trash on their front lawn for weeks on end. People working on cars in the middle of the street, Rv's parked in the street for long periods of time and even abandoned cars at times. Last time I checked, we lived in Rio Rancho, not Albuquerque. The HOA doesn't enforce anything.I don't even know why i'm even paying it.

It was a big step with smooth transition. I could not believe that this home buying would be so straightforward and easy with Centex's help! I imagined it would be really stressful, but fortunately it was an amazing experience.
