  My wife and I have been renters for over 15 years and Janice is definitely the best landlord we have ever had. We moved to Placitas from San Diego and she was incredibly helpful from the beginning -- working out all of the paperwork and details over email and being extremely accommodating to our schedule. When we arrived she made us feel very welcome and got us setup with everything we needed and helped us adjust to the learning curve of rural living. Whenever anything with the rental property needs attention, Janice responds immediately. For example, when our heaters unexpectedly went out during a snowstorm at night, Janice was there in 15 minutes with space heaters. We feel very fortunate to have her as our landlord. With landlords we have had in the past, it can often feel like you are on your own as a tenant. However, Janice has a way of making you feel comfortable with reaching out with questions and concerns. We couldn’t be more thankful of everything she has done for us so far, and we look forward to continuing to work with her.

  Janice has been an awesome landlord for our leased house in Placitas, and she recently facilitated our property purchase there. She has always responded promptly and professionally to our needs. I recommend her very highly and without reservation to others who may be looking for a house to rent or a property to buy!
