We moved to Placitas from San Diego and she was incredibly helpful from the beginning -- working out all of the paperwork and details over email and being extremely accommodating to our schedule. When we arrived she made us feel very welcome and got us setup with everything we needed and helped us adjust to the learning curve of rural living. Whenever anything with the rental property needs attention, Janice responds immediately. For example, when our heaters unexpectedly went out during a snowstorm at night, Janice was there in 15 minutes with space heaters. We feel very fortunate to have her as our landlord. With landlords we have had in the past, it can often feel like you are on your own as a tenant. However, Janice has a way of making you feel comfortable with reaching out with questions and concerns. We couldn’t be more thankful of everything she has done for us so far, and we look forward to continuing to work with her.

I have rented from her for a year and half and she has always been prompt to respond to any issues and very understanding and has worked with me if anything arose on my end. She is fantastic with our dogs as well, which I really appreciate. My fiance and I just moved this weekend to another unit she leased us and she was so accommodating and helpful from beginning to end with this transfer. My entire time working with her has been nothing but pleasant. She is by far the best landlord I have ever had.
