The community is welcoming, the staff are always positive with helpful, and great attitudes, and the amenities are fantastic! The staff are efficient about reaching out in the case of anything urgent, and are very accommodating as well.

I will admit I was a little worried and scared about the safety at the verge with where it was located but I’ve yet to have any safety concern or problem. The staff are extremely nice and very approachable with any concern that you might have. Another that is really convenient is that it is so close to campus and no need to worry about any traffic! I’ve had no problem with living here and their roommate selection is spot on with any recommendations you give them! Overall, they are a very welcoming place and community where they focus to include every resident living there. They also have a lot of events mostly every month which are really fun and free!
