  After losing our home in a devastating fire, we walked into Clayton Homes carrying so much stress, uncertainty, and heartbreak. We didn’t know what to expect—but then we met Samantha Estrada, and everything changed. From the moment we met her, Samantha treated us with such kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. She didn’t just “show us houses”—she gave us hope. She took her time walking us through every option, never rushing us, never pressuring us—just supporting us when we needed it most. She explained everything so clearly, from the different homes to the lot models and their features, helping us begin to imagine what life could look like again. When we finally felt ready to move forward, Samantha was right there beside us, guiding us through every step of the paperwork with care and understanding. But what makes her truly extraordinary isn’t just her professionalism—it’s her heart. In the middle of one of the hardest times in our lives, she showed us so much empathy and kindness that she became more than our saleswoman—she became someone we will always be grateful for, and truly consider a friend. And just when we thought she had already gone above and beyond, she surprised us with a beautiful gift basket when we moved in. That small but thoughtful gesture meant so much to us—it was another reminder of how much she truly cares about the people she helps. We also want to thank Eddie, the general manager, for his kindness and support throughout this journey. Together, they turned what could have been an overwhelming and painful process into something that felt hopeful, manageable, and even comforting. Samantha didn’t just help us find a house—she helped us take the first steps toward rebuilding our home and our lives. We will never forget t how Samantha made us feel during such a difficult time. If you are looking for someone who truly cares, who leads with heart, and who will stand by you every step of the way—Samantha Estrada is that person.   Clayton Homes of Edgewood was great for me as a first-time homebuyer. Krissy was always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as she helped me look through options and work through various stops and starts. It took about a year, but I finally found a great land/home package within my budget. I am now happily settled in my new home, and want to thank Krissy, Eddie and all the folks at Clayton for their help!

  We had an incredible experience working with Krissy Bencomo. From start to finish, she was organized, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for our family. Buying a home and land can be overwhelming, but Krissy kept us grounded and informed every step of the way. She answered every question, combined incredible market knowledge with exceptional communication and follow-through, and she truly exceeded every expectation we had when it came to help and guidance. What sets her apart is how personally invested she becomes in her clients’ success. We always felt like a priority. She advocated fiercely on our behalf while keeping the process calm and organized. Beyond her professionalism, she brings such a positive and calming presence to the process. We truly felt supported the entire time. We’re so grateful to have worked with her and would recommend her without hesitation.

  We decided to jump on the Clayton Homes wagon in early 2025.. The process was a lot faster then most, because we had everything we needed and ready for Clayton’s to do their thing. Ya know when you’re buying a home that’s already been lived in, you get this “buying a home” experience that you actually normally miss out on if you’re building a home. It’s not easy, you come into issues, and this Clayton’s location is picky about not making it personal. The guy that’s in charge says “Your to involved” when.. your investing 100’s of thousands into it, Ya, we wanna be involved!! Well, Krissy Bencomo!! She is your gal if you want a real home buying experience. She answered my late night calls when my new build was running into another issue, a time stall. She listened, she joked, and assured me the next day was going to be smooth! She put her emotions into it, she concidered the fact we had 5 kids, and what we’d go through inbetween closing and our rental coming to an end. She even checked my neighborhood out for me! She’s not about the sell- she’s about YOU. When she goes home after work, she’s not grinding her teeth on when she’s getting paid- she’s thinking of how can she get this done faster? She will go above and beyond for you. We closed after 6 months!!! That was unheard of- why? Because, Krissy Bencomo is amazing. She pushes, and she gives the buyers opportunity to be involved, and that makes it go faster. She’s 10 steps ahead, so then the Customer is 10 steps ahead, then so is the build. Wanna live in a big Al beautiful new mobile home with the rest of us? Please! Ask for Krissy. She will make your mobile home experience feel like a true build. We went in with not even land- came out a year later, ACRES, a new big Al’ home and a best friend to share all our new upgrades with. Thank you Krissy!! Your a beautiful human.

  Krissy was amazing. She worked with me for almost a year trying to help us turn our dream into a reality. She went above and beyond. Unfortunately land was our only issue and a once in a lifetime opportunity landed at my feet. I still think of the beautiful home I was wanting. Oceanside is the best home available and Krissy is the biggest asset in the Edgewood office!
