  Great experience. We were able to get the basic information needed to start this journey. Antonio was kind and did not overwhelm us. We didn't feel rushed or pressured and can't wait to work with this team. By far a great experience!

  Antonio was very helpful in the beginning process of looking into purchasing a Manufactured home! He was very accommodating, even though we missed our appointment time! He answered all questions necessary and gave adequate information for us to proceed with the process! He was cool friendly and had a great personality which we enjoyed! Definitely was a great experience and we’re excited to continue and move forward with building our dream Home

  Antonio was amazing to work with! I went to see the manufactured homes at Clayton Homes and quickly realized there was a lot I didn’t fully expect—especially city impact fees and what it really takes to set up a manufactured home in Rio Rancho. Antonio took the time to explain everything clearly and in a way that actually made sense. He was extremely knowledgeable not only about the homes themselves, but also about land options and what to look for when choosing the right property. He walked me through utilities as well, including water systems, and explained what would be involved from start to finish. What really stood out was that Antonio didn’t skip a beat—he knew the ballpark figures for electrical meters with PNM, helped me get a quote, and explained gas connections and other setup costs. That information was incredibly helpful for planning and budgeting. He was also very familiar with city ordinances and local rules, so I felt confident I was getting accurate and realistic information. Beyond his expertise, Antonio was genuinely friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about helping. You could tell he truly enjoys what he does and cares about making sure his clients understand the process. He is patient, professional, and truly knows his stuff. I left feeling informed, confident, and much less overwhelmed. I highly recommend working with him if you’re considering a manufactured home—I can’t wait to get started!
