  Everyone was very helpful but the warranty people took forever and I think they need a faster more qualified team. I do love my home and the price I got. Antonio was so thoughtful and thorough. He helped my mom and I get through to the warranty people and it went super fast after that. I love how easy they make it. We love our home.

  I did some extensive research at the start of my land and home-buying journey and was immediately impressed by the virtual tour of the “Placitas” model. I visited the Clayton Homes location in Bernalillo and was greeted by Antonio Aragon, who was exceptionally knowledgeable about the home and very helpful in getting the purchase process underway. Throughout the process, I did encounter some frustrations—particularly regarding discontinued features that were not communicated to Antonio by the manufacturer. These features were part of what initially drew me to the home, so their removal was disappointing. Additionally, after moving in, we identified several items that still require attention or repair. The title company was also challenging to work with, which added to the overall stress of the experience. Despite these issues, Antonio consistently kept us informed, remained solution-oriented, and did his best to support us through a process that ultimately took longer than expected. We have now been in the home for three days, and while there are still some areas to address, the overall experience aligned with what one might anticipate when navigating the home-buying process.

  My husband and I went in to look at homes. Antonio Aragon met with us and he is by far the kindest and most helpful sales person we’ve interacted with. He walked us through the houses and gave an in depth review with all available options for each home. Since we are moving he provided us contact information at the location closest to our future site. 10 of 10, highly recommend.

  I got My home back in June and Antonio was very helpful with the process and getting everything set up. I did the contractor process with Clayton homes to get my connection set up and that has been so disappointing. I now see the reviews and other people having issues with their roofs. I have a shingle issue up there and I hope it does not lead to leaks like my doors are because they weren’t installed correctly. It seems like one thing after another. I get buying a home can be stressful. But the after process has been well a nightmare. I would hope that that for future homeowners, you’ll give them a better experience than I’ve had and I’m still having to deal with issues and then having to come to my home and fix numerous things that should’ve been done in the beginning I’m happy with the staff at Clayton Holmes, but the contractors and the way they put my home together is so unacceptable and the issues I’m having and have had no one needs to go through that when you buy a new home, you shouldn’t have to be worrying about any sort of water damage or doors closing or anything like that because this is just unacceptable. A new home shouldn’t have this many problems. Good luck to future buyers. Staff is helpful with as much as they can. But I suggest finding your own contractor.

  My husband and I went in to this office to questions about a land and home packet, the service we received was very welcoming. Antonio Aragon was our sales person and he was so very helpful, knowledgeable and so willing to go above and beyond to help us out with a few ideas. I will definitely recommend anyone to come in and purchase a home from them, the Holmes shown to us we're so very beautiful and hard to choose a favorite! Definitely will be returning!
