  We were the proud owners of a beautiful house in Rio Rancho , NM. We are thrilled to recommend Celeste Pacheco for her exceptional service in helping us buy and sell our home.   I have been receiving unsolicited calls every morning around 8am from Diego and Dominic at Reality One, despite repeatedly telling him that I am not in the market for a home. After blocking multiple numbers, the calls have continued, which leads me to believe my number is being shared within his team. This level of persistence is intrusive and unprofessional. At this point, the experience has been so frustrating that I would never consider using Diego or Reality One for any real estate services. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values respectful communication and boundaries.

  Beware of dealing with Suzan Walker. Suzan represented the buyers when we sold our house. After closing, some packages of ours were delivered to the home, but we didn’t learn about them for a month and a half after closing. My agent tried to reach out to arrange for the packages to be picked up once she learned about them, but Suzan never responded again. When I called Suzan myself (about 4 weeks later) she threw my agent under the bus and said that she had tried to reach her 5-6 times. When I asked Suzan for copies of the messages she sent to my agent, Suzan could only produce one message. I asked to be reimbursed for the package (my son had ordered something and it was $60, while she made THOUSANDS ON the transaction) and she refused and said it wasn’t her or her clients’ responsibility, even though we know that the package was delivered to the house. I think her not being truthful about how many times she tried to contact our agent, refusing to take responsibility for the packages that were in her or her clients’ possession and then throwing our agent under the bus, is highly unethical.
