  My son lived here for 14 months, I was a co-signer on his lease. I cannot recommend this apartment complex to any potential renters. The water is shut off a couple times a month. There is a significant roach infestation throughout the complex. Also, kiss your damage deposit good bye. They charged him over $800 for "damage" that was never specified. He never damaged anything in the apartment. There were holes in the drywall made by service people, where he had to reach behind the tub to turn on the hot water, otherwise he would have had a continuous water leak. His cooling never worked, and most service requests went unanswered. Bottom line, stay away from this dump.

  Worst apartment ever they make it look nice but it’s so bad over here they charge for any little thing the maintenance has to fix even if it’s a door that takes 20 seconds they charge $30 and I needed my floor replaced I kept asking for 6 months they never did it or came they put the floor on point before I moved in and underneath was straight concrete that was like rocks and the whole floor around my apartment was peeling. The pluming was horrible I once had to go without a toilet for days and leave to use the bathroom because. They didn’t fix it for a week they also turn off the water I’m not kidding 3 times a week for maintenance and I would get off grave yard shift I want to shower but the water was turned off literally almost everyday. The neighbors here are creepy and weird if you a FEMALE DONT GO OUTSIDE ALONE very unsafe I always had protection but the guys here are creepy will whistle at you and there’s homeless at night camping out in the back just be carful the complaints can go on about this place DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

  Worst living experience by far. They towed my car because I didn’t move it for 2 days??? I registered that vehicle in my lease and have a valid permit. So, who knows why it got towed but now I have to deal with this. I have had multiple problems throughout my stay and the only redeeming factor for this place is the maintenance guys that do great work. I’ve had fixes get done very well and very fast, I am still waiting for a fix in a leak that started on thanksgiving though… overall not worth the money at all.
