    I have lived here for about 4 years now management Jasmine is always super helpful when i have questions or issue's. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure we (as residents) are satisfied to the best of her ability! Gotta remember she too has a boss that she has to answer too so not everything is taken care right away or the way we would like but she is always doing her best to help out and be understanding. Now that we got rid of "Gotcha covered towing" it should be better they towed my car for parking in the fire lane (yes I was in the wrong but there was no other available spots all available spaces where taken and we have assigned spots 1 spot per unit, You park outside the gate you risk your vehicle getting towed from there b y those business owners) but they towed just my car and no others that where parked in the fire lane Jasmine contacted her boss and they apologized after I brought it to their attention even though it wasnt their fault. To be honest the downside about these apartments is the limited space if you have 1 vehicle and thats it you wont have a issue with parking at all but if you have a family and have more then 1 vehicle it becomes difficult to deal with parking, Management all the way to the top is aware of this issue they are trying to do something to fix it but there's no where to expand the parking lot. Then the other down side is people eill go the wrong direction as it is a 1 way some are lazy and just want the fast way out of the complex those are the only down sides to this complex.

    In the spring/summer there is an invasion of tree beetles that are relentless. Current management stated, “call an exterminator, we already sprayed “. They covered the floor, we’re in the bed- a nightmare. It took Current management 7 months after moving out to get a very small portion of our damage deposit (they charge all kinds of retro charges for trash and utilities, even falsely charges for cleaning the carpet after pets- we had no pets). The excuse from jasmine were anll over the place but the last two were that accounting kept mailing it to the apartment we USED to live in. How ridiculous is that? Management have assigned parking- and WILL tow, so you can’t have company (or a family with more than one car) and your company cannot park outside of the gate by the old bowling alley- the owner there will tow. The emails from your neighbor chat is constant, “who’s parked in our space?” It took them 5 months to fix the main gate for their “gated community “. The refrigerator in the apartment stunk like meat had rotted in it and current management never helped us replace it although she promised they would. Same with all the broken blinds on all the windows and the tub, it sounded and felt like it was going to fall through the floor into the neighbors apartment below. A year of hell, most horrible experience in an apartment ever!

    I recently put an application the day i was supposed to move in i got a text from office saying they could no lo ger hold the unit for me there for the have to forfeit my 300 dd.. Im so unhappy with this place how could the just take my hard earned money like that i never even signed a contract with them..I would nevet recommend this place to anyone this is a bunch of bs how they run there business..they dont even have the decency to call you they text ypu so unprofessional i give this place no stars
