  Beware of dealing with Suzan Walker. Suzan represented the buyers when we sold our house. After closing, some packages of ours were delivered to the home, but we didn’t learn about them for a month and a half after closing. My agent tried to reach out to arrange for the packages to be picked up once she learned about them, but Suzan never responded again. When I called Suzan myself (about 4 weeks later) she threw my agent under the bus and said that she had tried to reach her 5-6 times. When I asked Suzan for copies of the messages she sent to my agent, Suzan could only produce one message. I asked to be reimbursed for the package (my son had ordered something and it was $60, while she made THOUSANDS ON the transaction) and she refused and said it wasn’t her or her clients’ responsibility, even though we know that the package was delivered to the house. I think her not being truthful about how many times she tried to contact our agent, refusing to take responsibility for the packages that were in her or her clients’ possession and then throwing our agent under the bus, is highly unethical.

  Well crystal and orlando are very unprofessional and didn't help there buyer. The house was not clean hair and stains every were shower is ruined because the buyer didn't know how to clean there house they were selling. Also the roof need to be redone and they never disclosed that in the listing even after they had a buyer which pulled out they also had the house listed as it was built in 2021 and it was built in the 90s. Orlando said I told them to fix minor things like cleaning ... lol... they couldn't do that or even help them they didn't fix anything other than the roof. But I think my realtor is the reason the roof even got done. They didn't even get a permit for the roof. And tried to have me pay on the roof for the unforseen damage. Which was wrong . I would not recommend this company at all

  BEWARE AND USE ONLY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS REALTOR!!!!!!!! I wish I could say this individual was everything that he sold himself to be but really he is a fraud. I asked him for help to sell my home a year ago and to this date he still has not done so. My family and I were hoping to have our home sold so we can all leave the state, but that has not happped yet. I was given false hopes that he could be able to sell it during a speculated timeframe 2016-2017, but to this day, he has not delivered nor is he very active in trying to get my home sold. He has not even done an open house, nor is he on top of everything. He fumbled up the paperwork on the last prospective buyers, because he did not understand the paperwork work that a realtor is supposed to have knowledge on, and now we are in a uncompromisable situation. I have tried to cancel my contract with him as he told me that I could cancel at anytime, but he keeps putting terms in which I can't use other realtors to sell my home. Because he certainly is not able to sell my home during a period of 8months. He has no emphaty for people and the life situations involving his inability to compromise or understand my frustrations. I am currently a thousand miles away from my family and he is holding my contract up so I can't sell my house. I am unable to relist my home on the market because of him, our relationship has soured and he expects me to continue using him after his inability to do his job was exposed. If he is a person of any kind of decency or humanity he would somewhat understand the difficulties encumbered by his inability to do his job that is keeping me from moving my wife and kids closer to me. I am currently paying for a mortgage and an apartment bill at the same time. He is holding my family and I hostage from selling our own home. This realtor conducts his business in a very poor and unethical way!!!!!
