I stayed over there a couple years ago the parking what's full but the staff was great thinking about going back might have to rent a parking spot

Honestly love living here. Harley in the office is really nice & always helpful. And maintenance comes quick which is really nice.

Management is super friendly. Harley, Monica, and Erika seem to be really involved with all and seem very hands on. My apartment had some issues but maintenance addressed them very quickly and promptly! Over all my experience has been great.

I had to change my 2 star to 1. If I could afford legal aid I feel that there is a serious lawsuit against them. I am a teacher and not available to physically go in during office hours which seems to be the only way to get ahold of them. I have had plumbing issues in the past with low water in the toilet (among other things) of my “fully renovated” apartment. The toilet plumbing has never been addressed. I had put in a maintenance request on Thursday bc waste is not flushing. It’s now Saturday and no resolution or contact. I attempted calling but I hardly get through on the phone to them. They had some kind of “Halloween party” during office hours yesterday and didn’t answer the phone or respond to this emergency. I’ve had so many problems with them and pay over 1500 for a 1 bed 3rd floor apartment, it’s usually over 1600 when they actually charge all their little fees. I’ve attempted to reach out on email with various questions or concerns and there’s no response on their end. I am very much looking forward to my lease ending. I’ve been a resident for 1.5 year and not seeing any kind of proactive change with this mgmt.
