- CSChassidy SilvaDec 10, 20251.0I was there to assist my grandmother (SHE is the one who has been a loyal member with PNC) and SHE is the one who needed assistance. I understand she is elderly but that doesnt mean exclude her from the conversation, that means speak louder so she can hear you David! There was no reason to be giving my grandma attitude Alicia! While making her wait for you guys to be done with all the other members for a cash withdrawal David nearly stepped on her feet with no "sorry" or "excuse me" and Alicia interrogating her on what she was going to do with the cash. David was more invested on potentially getting a new member (Definitely not anymore after this) rather than helping his LOYAL member. If this is how you treat your LOYAL members I dont even wanna see how you guys treat new members.
