  If you have an ESA beware- they use OurPetPolicy and they will do everything in their power to deny it. Anyone planning on living here should educate themselves on their Fair Housing rights before allowing this company to dictate what is or isn’t “acceptable.” If you have an ESA, don't move in here unless you AND your provider are both willing to go above and beyond to prove its legitimacy. OurPetPolicy makes the ESA accommodation process unnecessarily difficult and appears to disregard current Fair Housing standards and HUD guidelines. Instead of evaluating legal ESA letters fairly, they impose extra hurdles that go beyond what the law allows. They require healthcare providers to complete company-specific forms as a condition of approving an ESA request. Requiring a provider to complete company specific forms, particularly when a valid letter from a licensed healthcare professional has already been provided, places an unlawful and unnecessary burden on both you and your provider. A housing provider can verify a disability-related need, but they cannot require your healthcare provider to fill out their specific form (whether it's verbally or written). Their justification seems to be that “people fake ESA letters.” Even if that’s true in some cases, it does not give them the authority to ignore federal law or treat every tenant like they’re committing fraud. The overall process feels designed to delay, deny, and exhaust tenants rather than engage in a legitimate, good-faith interactive process.

  I just moved into Olympus Northpoint. I had a life changing diagnosis, that prompted me to sell my house. With choosing not to live in an apartment for decades, I thought this was going to take me awhile to get use to. From the employee Crystal showing us around the complex to Danny having me sign docs when I moved into Olympus Northpoint, this transition has been surprisingly simple and beautiful! I LOVE OLYMPUS NORTHPOINT! Thank you for your kindness and expertise 🙏🤟🏽

  Olympus North Point is a very nice place to live. All of the staff is friendly and will help out any way they can. If I ever come back to Albuquerque, I will definitely consider living at Olympus again!

  I have recently moved in, and the whole process has been super wonderful! Dominique and Cristal were really helping me out, starting with the house hunting. They provided all the information I needed about the property, and they responded quickly and accurately afterward, which made me choose this awesome place. Great thanks to Dominique and Cristal! The maintenance team is responsive and friendly, and definitely knows what the requests are. The place is located in the far north, very quiet, and a great place to relax. I am looking forward to a wonderful life here and to enjoying all the amenities here!
