  I recently moved out of this apartment complex and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my overall experience. While the property appears attractive at first glance, the management and value did not meet expectations. I relocated from out of state for a new job and leased the A2 floor plan sight unseen, which is advertised as over 700 square feet. After moving in, the layout and usable space felt significantly smaller than expected. My current apartment is 725 square feet and feels noticeably more spacious in both the bedroom and living areas, despite being similar in listed size. The property is also expensive relative to the amenities, overall quality, and actual living space provided. Residents are encouraged to leave a Google review shortly after move-in. However, my experience with management responsiveness after move-in was inconsistent. For example, I rented a garage after signing my lease and later moved out prior to the lease end date. Although I paid rent on time, I requested that the garage fee be removed from my monthly charges and was told it could not be adjusted because it was “part of the lease,” although the garage was added after my original lease was signed. At move-out, I was informed that the carpet (only the small bedroom) needed to be steam cleaned for approximately $75. My final bill instead included a $225 charge labeled “pet treatment and brush pro,” along with an additional $108 cleaning fee, even though I left the apartment in what I believe was very clean condition. The carpet was already worn at move-in, and there was no damage beyond normal wear to the best of my knowledge. If you choose to live here, I recommend getting all policies and fee details in writing and carefully reviewing your lease documents. It may also be wise to wait until after move-out to leave any public review so you can evaluate the full leasing experience from start to finish.

  Robert was amazing when he came and fix our laundry door. He also went above and beyond fixing something that was not in the work order and was just briefly mentioned to him! We appreciate his prompt response and willingness to help to make our apartment nicer.

  This is a great and secure property that has amazing amenities. I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. The heated pool is my favorite. This time was my second time staying here and I have no regrets at all. Such an amazing Team especially Tatyna and Lexi who helped me, and went above and beyond without knowing me. I would recommend Olympus Alameda to everyone.

  We absolutely love our new home at Olympus Alameda. The entire team made our move and transition seamless, supportive, and stress-free. The leasing and office staff are exceptional. Lexy, the Business Manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful with leasing and logistics questions. David, our leasing agent, was knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process, and Nina was always friendly and quick to help as we got settled. The maintenance team is outstanding — Jose and Robert responded quickly to a minor issue and were professional, friendly, and thorough, even taking time to explain the property infrastructure, which we really appreciated. The community itself is quiet, safe, well-maintained, and clearly well managed. We feel very comfortable here and are genuinely happy with our decision to call Olympus Alameda home. Highly recommended!

  Professional and caring! Olympus Alameda welcomed my daughter and me and took of us from beginning to the end!
