TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION. THEY DON'T RETURN THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. THEY CLOSE THE POOL WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE IT WITHOUT NOTICE. I HAD TO LIVE NEXT TO A COUPLE OF DISTURBED PEOPLE WHO WERE SCREAMING, FIGHTING, AND DOING DRUGS, AND WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE OFFICE, THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING. THE GYM IS JUST A ROOM WITH TWO MACHINES, AND THEY ALWAYS KEEP IT CLOSED. PLUS, IT'S INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES, AND THEY DON't PEST CONTROL PROPERLY. THE ONLY DECENT AND HARDWORKING PERSON WAS GIO, BUT HE LEFT BECAUSE IT'S A TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX. IT'S NOT WORTH THE $1,600 THEY CHARGE, AND I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. NOW I'M AT OVERLOOK APARTMENTS, AND FOR $300 MORE, I'M LIVING A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER WITH TWO POOLS WITH JACUZZIS AND A DECENT GYM, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND EXCELLENT MAINTENANCE.
Haven't had washer and dryers for months.

We have experienced ongoing issues with water outages and lack of hot water at this property. I emailed the front office three days ago regarding the most recent issue and have not received a response. Although management states they welcome concerns, communication has been extremely limited.
We lost water on Sunday and it was not restored until Tuesday morning, and even then it was sporadic and unreliable. Currently, during a winter storm, there is no hot water and no acknowledgment or update from management. Based on other tenant reviews, this appears to be an ongoing and unresolved issue.
Additionally, the on-site washing machines, listed as an amenity, have not been operational for several months. Management has indicated they are “working on it” or attempting to get it “scheduled,” but there has been no resolution or clear timeline provided.
I have attempted to address these concerns directly through email before posting publicly, but due to the lack of response and repeated disruptions to basic services, I felt it was important to share my experience. This has been the most challenging apartment experience I’ve had due to the ongoing issues and lack of communication and there is no respect for tenants.

Since August, my hot water has not been consistent. I went from Thanksgiving day till the following Tuesday without hot water. I have repeatedly talked to the property manager about this every time. It gets fixed or I should say they put a Band-Aid on it and again here we go no hot water. Be careful if you’re looking at these apartments. Make sure you run the hot water. The laundry facilities have also been shady. I haven’t been in there in a while, but the last time I went, there was only one washer for the entire complex. The reason I moved here was because of the laundry facility on site. Not happy at all. I just resigned my lease of September and now I’m stuck here. I will not be renewing my lease.

My experience at this apartment community has been mixed. While management indicates they welcome resident feedback, communication has often been limited, and responses to concerns can take longer than expected or not occur at all.
There have been ongoing issues with hot water, as well as extended downtime with the on-site laundry facilities. The laundry situation has required residents to seek off-site options, which has been inconvenient and more costly. Requests for updates on these matters have not always received a response.
Pest control has also been inconsistent, with occasional issues that appear to need more regular preventative maintenance.
I do want to highlight the maintenance team, Gio and Rob have been consistently professional, kind, and efficient when addressing work orders within their scope. They do excellent work and are a bright spot in the community.
Many of the larger concerns appear to rely on third-party vendors, and resolutions have been slower than hoped. Overall, I would appreciate clearer communication and more timely updates regarding property-wide issues.
