  I had a great experience touring this apartment complex. The leasing staff (Amber and Lizeth) were welcoming, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing me. The community itself is well-maintained, and the floor plans were spacious. I also appreciated how clearly everything was explained during the tour. Overall, it made a strong first impression and is definitely a place I would consider calling home. I appreciate the managers (Marianas) friendliness as I was in the office.

  The staff here are amazing. They are all very sweet. They take the time to walk you through anything you might need and are super accommodating. The apartments here are really nice and the amenities are perfect. I highly recommend looking into the complex if you are looking for an apartment

  Expect rent to be a hundred dollars above agreed rent bark park is just a layer of poop the stands around the complex with doggie bags will not be refilled expect to emails sent to you about not doing things like overflowing trash when the trash room hasn’t been emptied in over a week water is off several times a month common areas in disrepair and roaches everywhere but don’t worry a hidden fee is pest control so. Oh and if you want to pay rent online that is a 40 convince fee but don’t worry the office will close randomly with no notice so if you want to pay in person that’s always an option. Make sure to submit ever in writing because if you go to the office and complain nothing will happen until you get angry and yell and then you are lying about everything and this is the best place to live. 10/10 would not recommend To address the response if you look I have one other review does it really seem like I would resort to this if I hadn’t gone to the office and then was told by management that I couldn’t have? This is a resolute of the gaslighting done by management and the responder can add all the info of what should be happening they want it isn’t happening and that is what matters

  Management and staff are both so incompetent. The property manager, Megan, is consistently rude with both tenants and employees. She will use threatening language and speak down to you, especially if you raise valid concerns. The building is connected as one - therefore, all smells (cooking, BO, cigs, etc.) would constantly flow through the buildings. I couldn’t leave my apartment without gagging and swiftly walking down the hallway. Only good thing was the couple maintenance guys who did what they could. Would not recommend this apartment to anyone, if only for the daily horrid smells.
