  My husband normally does the reviews, but I wanted to make sure our maintenance Manager Derrick and his team were recognized for their hard work and timely repair. They are always prompt with resolving our issues, and look forward to many more years with Calero!!!!

  I was looking for an apartment to move into within a week due to an emergency. When i tell you calero made it so easy and smooth and stress relieving. Cierra was so kind and was willing to answer any questions we had. The apartments them selves are beautiful, very spacious and modern. It’s always quiet, and i always feel safe. There’s nothing i would change about living here, it’s truly an amazing place to live.

  I have lived here since February 2025. Overall my experience here has been great. I intend to leave a more extensive review, but ultimately this place has exceeded my expectations, and the staff is phenomenal. They have a good crew that works well and I never feel like I am bothering them. Great attitudes from everyone. It’s refreshing. Anyway, 5 stars from me. Keep up the good work.

  First off my first month at Calero has been so smooth and great. All the staff and mangers are so nice and caring. Everytime I have submitted a maintenance request they have solved it within hours or the next day. Overall the apartments are clean and very nice from the inside and it feels very safe. My only complaint would be the dog park. I would say the dog park would need some love the turf definitely should be power washed often. It’s unfortunate that some people don’t pick up their dog poop it kinda ruins the park and it fills it with roaches in the night. Maybe a camera should be installed at the dog park so that people are held liable to cleaning up their dogs poop and charged some sort of fee it’s just upsetting taking my doggos out late at night to the dog park and stepping in dog poop. Hopefully maybe this review will help out the dog park out a little. Either way I’m still giving Calero a 5 out of 5 just because the mangers and staff have made my move and stay here so pleasant and have been more than helpful. I am happy that I chose to live here out of all the places I toured
