  Hello! Just sharing my experiences I’ve had here while living at Broadstone Towne Center for a year. The community here is absolutely amazing and the staff go above and beyond when you need assistance! The location of the apartments are very convenient for airport travel while new eateries are going up! The unit, the maintenance staff, the amenities, and the administration here all make living at Broadstone worth while! Would highly recommend this community if you’re looking for comfortable living space in Albuquerque! Would also like to give kudos to Cidney and Arlyn in the front office! They are amazing people to work with and make Broadstone Towne Center *the* perfect place to live!

  I have been a resident a Broadstone for a year now and it has been an outstanding place to live. The community residents are all very respectful and considerate. Additionally, the amenities such as the gym are good. As a whole the leasing staff are great. In particular, I would like to commend Cindy Christiansen for her outstanding customer service. Cindy's ability to explain the leasing options and dedication to resolve any issues that I have had make me feel appreciated. Cindy has done everything from make me keys to ensuring that I received quick maintenance when the AC was not operating. I would recommend living here to anyone that is staying in Albuquerque, especially since they have great staff members like Cindy. Very Respectfully, Kareem

  I lived there for over three years. Maintenance was insanely good. The walls are thick. The apartment was beautiful. They kept up the grounds. Good place for dogs. We just moved out and the damages fee was very reasonable. Parking wasn’t a problem because we had a garage and the other car was in open parking, but it only got crowded after around 8pm. I always got parking passes for my people. The staff in the office is friendly and helpful. I’m honestly surprised by the bad reviews, which I thankfully kind of ignored when I moved in. My only criticism would be with the lower gate, which opened the wrong way and the pools weren’t always open.

  I am a current resident at the Broadstone Towne Center. I have been living here for the past 6 weeks and my experience has been great so far. I came from San Francisco to Albuquerque at the end of July and stayed at a hotel while I was looking for a permanent home. Due to my work, I needed to find a place in south Albuquerque, next to the freeway, and close to the airport as well. I researched places in the south of the city and visited many rental locations. On my first visit to the Broadstone Towne Center I met with Ms. Shelly Ball, the leasing coordinator. I had many questions about the apartments and she gave me full details about the available units and showed me the model apartment. Ms. Shelly Ball was very respectful, friendly, attentive and she was very detailed in all the info she gave me. She told me about all the rules of the complex and she emailed me immediately after I left thanking me for my visit. I was really impressed. She went above and beyond in answering all of my concerns, such as the cost of electricity and utilities. I went back to SF, but I kept in contact with Ms. Shelly. After comparing all of the apartment complexes in the south, I decided to move to Towne Center. So, I contacted her back and unfortunately the unit type which I was interested in was no longer available. To my surprise, she gave me a better unit at a lower cost! So, I decided to move-in at the beginning of September. The whole application process was done online. The very next day I received all documents that needed to be filled out and 2 days later I was told that my application had been approved. Everything was done via emails. It was a smooth and easy process. Ms. Shelly provided me with the PNM and the NM gas contact information so that I could set up an account. Also, she gave me the local Cable TV phone numbers, which made it easier for me to find the best offer available. All in all I have been enjoying my new home in Albuquerque and I highly recommend the Broadstone Towne Center. I particularly appreciate the parking system, which requires every vehicle to display a permit. That way residents can always find available parking. Also, the complex is new and the amenities are great, especially the central Air Conditioning System in the apartment units and the well equipped community gym.
