Luke does not update you on anything and does not respond to phone calls, text messages or emails. The only time you would hear from him is when it’s time to make a deposit for something and he doesn’t stay true to his words. Horrible experience dealing with Luke.

He is extremely informative and helpful, yet is in no way pushy when it comes to purchasing a home or choosing options within the home. His laid back, yet supportive style is very much welcome when making such a major life decision as purchasing a home.
