- MPMichael PedoneMar 24, 20233.0Nice building, super is amazing, he keeps the building spotless. Build quality is okay, nothing great, but also has the lowest rent for a new building in the area. Overall the rent is decent. Biggest issues are barking dogs, who don’t stop all day when the owners are not home, and parking. This building does not have a system for enforcing overnight parking regulations. Although there are signs posted that it’s for residents only from 9p-9a, nobody is enforcing it, so if you get home past 8:30 in the evening you will have to park on the street. Building manager isn’t really helpful.
