  Living here is great, friendly neighbors and great support from Tim who has been very attentive and skilled in any and all responses to our requests. The property is managed with detail and care with the residents foremost in mind. Thank you Tim and Jay!

  My family and I moved here after closing on our home which had us scrambling but Jay, the Property Manager, was fantastic with our frequent and last minute changes. Jay had our unit meticulously cleaned from floor to ceiling. Our unit's front door viewed a beautifully landscaped courtyard and the walking path around the whole complex was incredibly relaxing and picturesque. The pool was a great bonus and has top notch lifeguards. The rooms are enormous and we even had our own small parking lot! You're literally right across from South Mountain Reservation/Turtle Back Zoo/and so much more - an absolute perfect location! I highly recommend this complex, we will miss the neighbors we now call friends, and, the property manager, Jay was so incredibly helpful and available at any time we needed him. We moved within town to our own home and have recommended this location to many of our friends!

  I lived at Northfield Townhouses for over 8 years, only moved out to purchase our first home. I miss this place. The community is family friendly, the pool always well maintained and safe, the area is beautiful with the park right across the street and great for outdoor exercise. It was always quiet in the evenings and the walls did an excellent job of muting your next door neighbor. Jay and team do everything they can to make sure you are welcome and taken care of. Never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of immediately. They are always accommodating and friendly, we truly miss you guys and the rest of the Northfield Townhouses community. Thank you!
