Preakness Commons is an affordable housing community (subject to income guidelines) that consists of one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom and three bedroom duplex apartments. Recently constructed, our two story garden style apartments feature modern open interiors, wall to wall carpeting, central air conditioning and heat.
Our complex maintains an on-site management office, a full-time superintendent, 24/7 emergency maintenance, on-site laundry facilities and off-street parking. Preakness Commons is located in close proximity to schools, town center, the municipal tennis courts, the Willowbrook Mall and Routes 80, 46, 23 and 202.
