Fabio is always kind and professional. He replaced the carbon monoxide alarm and I was so thankful.

Was going to wait until we move to post a review. Very simply put, suggest looking elsewhere. Over the six years we have lived here everything from A to Z has gone downhill from a quality standpoint, especially since Solomon took over the management. At the same time, the cost of everything has gone up, up, up. Lots of interior and exterior disrepair. We have hung in there only due to the convenience of shopping, etc. on Route 22. Sad to have to consider leaving.

Horrible living experience- as of March 2026 do not move here- MAINTENANCE is a nightmare. All good until things start to fall apart in your unit and the Property Maintenance Manager does not care. Issues go unresolved for +30 days. Find a newer comparable community before signing a lease here. approximately 3 weeks ago, the washing machine in my unit stopped functioning (turning on but not doing anything else) prompting me to submit a maintenance request. A maintenance technician assessed the machine a few days later, he indicated that a repair was necessary and that a replacement part would take some time to arrive. After a week without any updates, contacted the office and was informed by the staff that we would be receiving a new machine. However, another week passed without further communication, or maintenance visit. Meanwhile, I am incurring additional expenses, taking time out of my schedule to go to a laundromat to do the laundry. I contacted the office again on 03/03, I spoke with the Maintenance Manager – I explained the situation, including the frustrations of 3 week without a working unit and little to no communication initiated from the office regarding the status, and he said he would look into it and ask if I could give him a call back. I stated that he should call back because it is highly inconvenient trying to contact the office as the phone mostly goes into a voicemail system and maybe after 3-4 attempts you get hold of someone. He said he would look into it. Roughly – 2pm on 03/03 maintenance came to the unit and stated that he was there to remove the non-functioning washer, and that he would return at 4pm with a replacement. At 4p, he returned as promised and installed the replacement unit. He turned it on and started an empty cycle and said it was all good and he left. I then proceeded to have a look at the replacement – and here are my observations: 1. The replacement is not the same size that was removed, it is of a significantly smaller size 2. The unit was filthy – dust and fuzz all over the machine cover as well as dust and dirt in the dryer along with lint screen/trap that should be clean before every use was filled with dust/dirt/lint. Bringing unknown dust/bacteria particles into my unit 3. The hose connection was ripped and water started leaking onto the floor and pooling around the washing machine area in the apartment unit 4. The unit was unsteady and unstable, rocking back and forth as if the bottom were uneven or improperly placed 5. Conclusion – after waiting an excessive amount of time, we were given a dirty, non-functioning washing machine that is smaller than the unit we had upon move- in and, not the “new” unit that was verbally stated by office staff. 6. Maintenance was needed again to FIX a sub-par, nonequivalent REPLACEMENT In the office, spoke directly with the property Maintenance Manager Unfortunately, after explaining this entire nightmare situation again, we were met with significant indifference from this Manager, who offered no apology or commitment to rectify the situation. He displayed a lack of accountability for his maintenance staff, lack of empathy for the situation and essentially dismissed our concerns by saying that we had a replacement and that the only solution he approved would be to fix the replacement. He repeatedly stated that he “couldn’t speak to what was said before”. A complete and utter unacceptable and unprofessional response especially for a community that prides itself on being a luxury residence. Flabbergasted that this was the response of a Maintenance Manager to Residents in the community raising maintenance concerns. I am very disappointed with the level of service and support provided by the management here. As of 3/10/26 we still have the same malfunctioning “replacement “ in the unit that now does not even run warm/hot water, with no communication from management staff other than an automated email stating that the issue has been resolved..

I was waiting till our lease was over to post the review, but not anymore. At first glance, this place seems like a nice place to live. The apartment complex looks nice, safe and well kept. The price is relatively decent compared to other places. Yet I still wouldn't recommend this to anyone. When we first applied, we applied for a different unit but were then told we would be unable to get that unit due to the resident extending their month to month lease due to medical issues. We had to scramble and were offered another similar unit within our budget and we settled for it. FYI, you will not be able to move into your apartment until the day after because you get your keys at 2pm on the day your lease starts. You're expected to have electricity and everything set up by then, but you won't be able to move in later. This was stressful for us because unfortunately the unit offered to us had a move in date of April 9 which was 2 days before our wedding. The original unit we applied for had a date of March 23 which would have worked better for our schedule. We accommodated despite it being a stressful time for us. The unit needed new flooring and the cabinets needed to be painted. The flooring was ready by the time we got the keys but the cabinets were not painted until 4 weeks after we moved in. The unit was not a clean and presentable upon move in date as you'd expect. We kept asking the office when the cabinets would be painted and were told it needs to be approved by management. I'm sorry, but you're telling me management needs to approve clean looking cabinets for their NEW tenants. Okay fine we'll be patient AGAIN. Then the weed smell started. The complex has a strict no smoking policy and the weed smell would radiate into our apartment daily. We complained. They put notices up. The smell didn't stop. Complained again, still didn't stop, said they would fine the tenants, repeat the cycle. We have seen tenants smoking on their balconies despite their being a rule to not smoke within 10 ft of the building. I've seen dead mice at the building entrance. Maintenance has come in to see if my apartment is causing water leakage into the garages below (it's not, but here's an example of poor infrastructure). My washer kept using hot water, ruining my clothes. Only half of my stove works. Multiple outlets in my unit don't work. Parking at this complex is horrendous. One person will have multiple cars and take up spots in the lot. Often times we have to park at another building and walk down to our building. Now its fine in the summer, but not this cold snowy winter. Speaking of snow, they won't clean the parking spots and don't expect your fellow tenants to extend you any courtesy. If you shovel out of your spot, then you deserve that spot, but the tenants don't care and they will take your spot. It's basic manners and common courtesy, but I guess if you're hogging up 5 spots with your 5 cars then you don't have any basic manners or courtesy. During the most recent blizzard, the plow worked overnight, but in the morning when it was most necessary, there was no plow or salt on the road of the parking lot. Then when the plow came, it ended up blocking the entrance of the building and most garages. Cars were stuck getting out of their garages. We saw people slip and fall on the snow/ice outside getting to their cars. The facility offers EV charging but good luck trying to get a spot. The EV spots are always occupied for gas cars despite management sending out a notice that those spots are for EVs only. They state they'll tow or fine them but yet again no consequences for people who aren't following the rules. My husband and I are frustrated with this place. We applied here thinking it would be a nice place to start our life together, but its been stressful and not worth it. The monthly cost of living here far exceeds the quality of life you recieve in return. We are counting down the days until our lease is over at this point and hoping to find a better option.
