  We’ve been incredibly fortunate to work with an outstanding team at Ryan Homes, and each person deserves recognition for the role they played in making this experience so positive. Every single one of them showed that they genuinely cared about us, listened to our unique situation, and delivered every step of the way. Joe Acciardi - Sales Representative Joe was our sales rep throughout the entire build, and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely helpful. Anytime we had a question – simple or complex – Joe responded quickly with clear, practical solutions. He always came through, every time. His consistency, follow-through, and honest guidance made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Truly a 10/10 experience working with him. Amaya Vargas – Sales Representative (Initial Rep) We first met with Amaya, and she set the tone for this entire journey. She was warm, honest, never sales-y, and truly listened to what we wanted. She helped us choose the right lot, the right model, and the right options – and made everything easy to understand. Even when we reached out late in the evening, she responded and supported us, which built immediate trust. Her sincerity and expertise were instrumental in our decision to move forward. Eric Del Regno – Administrative Support Eric reached out proactively to let us know an earlier closing option became available, and from that moment on he was exceptional. We shared that we might face challenges with our apartment timeline, and he immediately went to work exploring options with his team. We threw some complex requests his way, and he handled each one flawlessly, thoughtfully, and fast. He truly listened and truly delivered – exactly what you hope for in someone supporting such an important milestone. Brian Grogaard – Project Manager Brian was outstanding from start to finish. He’s extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and accommodating – especially when we wanted additional time or walkthroughs. His responsiveness was next level; anything we needed, he addressed quickly and clearly. He even went above and beyond on a specific request that required higher-level approval, advocating for us because he genuinely cared about making sure we’d love our home. That kind of collaboration and genuine care and delivery is rare. ⸻ Overall Experience What stood out most was that everyone treated us like real people – not just another build. They listened, they cared, and they consistently delivered. This team made a huge milestone in our lives feel supported, thoughtful, and human. We’re incredibly grateful for the experience and highly recommend this exceptional team.

  The joy of owning a new house just about gone in the moment of having to deal with MANY issues. I saved my review to the end. Ryan Homes wants you to do a review at the contract signing. Hence 5 start reviews before there’s even a hole in the ground. I have a LIST of items to be repaired. In all fairness the list is getting shorter. Don’t clap yet…… items are being added to the list daily. This is day 7 after closing. Sure there’s a lot to building a home, inspections, timelines. It’s not my problem. My money has been on time. I received a call from the warranty manager, the construction manager. Maybe somebody will take me seriously because that hasn’t been the case. Examples of construction/ inspection neglect, outlets not working, lights/ switches not working, uneven sub floors uneven basement floor. There were additional items paid for, Ethernet drops, outlets, etc that were in the wrong place. Lost money because apparently they cannot be moved. Maybe I should be grateful that I don’t have the issues other homeowners on the street have? I have asthma. Having to rip out brand new carpet and install my own solid floor was not my idea of a smooth move in process. There are more items I can list. Short story, reconsider Ryan Homes. If you do go forward follow up with your time lines. It could cost you thousands of dollars with related inconveniences.

  This community at Sawmill Ridge is a fantastic place to live. The views are beautiful, and the peaceful surroundings make it a great environment for families. The private backyard offers a lot of space for kids to enjoy, making it an ideal spot for family activities. I had the pleasure of working with Trista and Imran during the home selection process, and they were both incredibly helpful. They offered valuable advice on lot selection and home upgrades, and helped me find the best options at a great price. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this community for anyone looking for a spacious and family-friendly neighborhood.
