They denied an application for a legitimate reason (too low income) and when we reapplied with a co-signer who has more than enough income they denied the second application without even running it and took the $300 fees for the second application. Nelson Eusebio has not given any answers about why they won’t run the second application and seems to have a personal vendetta against my son in law. Writing this to warn others not the make the same mistake my kids made and use a co-signer right away even though this Nelson specifically told my son in law it wasn’t necessary. Seems like a nice easy way to make extra money in application fees.
