Eric Russo, the sales representative that I’ve worked with from the beginning of my journey has been very helpful and responsive in answering all my questions. He has always been available when I’ve need help with last minute questions in getting all the items needed to make the transition into my new home as smooth as possible. Conor Haden has done an excellent job of keeping me up to date on the progress of building my new home. He worked with me in setting up the closing dates earlier than was originally discussed. His knowledge of what goes into building a new home has always been evidenced whenever I’ve talked with him. The weekly video updates have been a welcome addition to the service provided by the team at Ryan Homes.

We are less than a month into this process, but to date it has been exceptional. We met with Mary Wojcik who from the onset was extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating. She took us on a tour of the model we were interested in and took the time to explain any question we had in detail. Since we signed the contract she has continued to be very responsive to all our questions. She also connected us with a mortgage company that has been responsive and professional in our dealings. There has been no pressure placed on us at any point in this process. We are excited to see our home construction start soon. I have seen nothing to indicate that we should not expect the same quality service we have seen too date throughout the rest of this project. I'll be looking forward to giving a sterling review after we move into our new home.
