Place has gone a bit downhill over time with the multiple management changes. The most recent management change hasn’t been great. Staff aren’t as friendly and welcoming, service has definitely declined. We used to have food trucks every Wednesday night in the warmer months, package notifications (BOTH inside the Amazon hub and in the package room. Packages now line the halls of the lobby and look a total mess and cause tripping hazards as you can’t even get to the mailboxes around them) and just an overall sense of belonging. I miss when staff made this place really feel like a community. Management when I first moved in were so nice. Trish used to go out of her way to make you feel like her own family. It’s gotten way more “corporate” feeling, less like family. I remember the first time I introduced myself to the new property manager, she didn’t even look up from her desk, gave me one word replies when I asked her anything about herself and she asked me nothing in return. It was such an icy welcome. I wish they would bring back the management was here when I first moved in a few years ago. I was so sad to see them go.

Ever since the switch in management, my experience here has gone downhill. There are constant fire alarms, which not only disrupt my day but also stress out my cat every time they go off. I also had a package stolen, and unfortunately management offered no real help or resolution. On top of that, the trees in front of the building drop these berries that smell exactly like vomit. They’ve ruined multiple pairs of my shoes already, and nothing has been done about it despite the ongoing issue. I really hope the management takes these concerns seriously, because this place used to be much better.

Nice place. Are fire alarms a big thing at most places?
