  Service was excellent. The team handled my service request with care and efficiency. This is an excellent community and the staff truly takes care of this place. I highly recommend moving to the SoFi Gaslight Commons

  Ever since the switch in management, my experience here has gone downhill. There are constant fire alarms, which not only disrupt my day but also stress out my cat every time they go off. I also had a package stolen, and unfortunately management offered no real help or resolution. On top of that, the trees in front of the building drop these berries that smell exactly like vomit. They’ve ruined multiple pairs of my shoes already, and nothing has been done about it despite the ongoing issue. I really hope the management takes these concerns seriously, because this place used to be much better.

  Sofi is great! The management is amazing and extremely helpful and friendly! Appreciate German replacing our dishwasher so quickly! Great job! Thanks to all that make it happen year round!

  Living at Gaslight Commons has been an absolute joy, from finding my apartment to coordinating my move out. In between the management and maintenance teams have quickly helped me out, be it taking care of needed items in my apartment, packages and the like. In addition, Gaslight and Bozzuto pay attention to every detail, everywhere, all the time. I can't imagine there is better rental option in South Orange than Gaslight Commons. If you are a NYC commuter the proximity to the train cannot be beat (breakfast to train in five minutes!) and the trains passing by did not bother me one bit, and I'm a light sleeper. Whether you're looking for your first place in the 'burbs, or in Jersey, South Orange and Gaslight is a wonderful place to live!
