  Tiffany was an amazing tour guide from start to finish. She was incredibly well spoken, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. What stood out the most was how attentive she was throughout the whole tour me and my girlfriend thank you so much tiffany.

  I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but we can finally celebrate closing this chapter with Station Bay. While it was great enjoying the community aspects at Station Bay, the way our lease termination was handled was very disappointing and financially stressful. We lived at Station Bay for one year and then renewed for another six months while we were in the process of buying a home. Once we closed on the house, we asked about options for ending our lease early. Management offered two options: 1. Early Termination: Pay four months of rent (two months to stay, plus two months as a penalty). 2. Rent-to-Re-Rent: Vacate within 30 days and continue paying rent until the apartment was re-rented. Since we had already moved into our new home, the second option seemed more reasonable. We vacated on time and were told our apartment already had an active applicant scheduled to move in at the end of May 2025. On move-in day, they supposedly canceled — even though that wasn’t an option in our own lease — and we ended up paying rent for the entire six-month term while also paying our mortgage. Despite repeated requests for a compromise, management refused and showed "effort" to actually re-rent our unit, which stayed listed for months while pricier apartments were leased first!!! Bottom line: The “rent-to-re-rent” policy is misleading. Once your lease ends, move out — don’t expect fairness, flexibility, or transparency

  Stars for location only. Management is a nightmare, $60 monthly amenity fee for amenities that are consistently broken and inaccessible, $90+ water bills (for one person!) every month even though they say it will only be $30, they will never tell you why. Management will never help you with any issue you may have, even a broken air conditioner for three years. Shocked this is considered a luxury building.
