- JBJ BFeb 14, 20265.0I recently moved here and I wanted to comment on my amazing experience so far living here. Liza was beyond amazing with the entire process. From the tour, to paperwork and finally move in she was always so helpful knowing how stressful this process is for tenants. I absolutely love that I have my own balcony and washer/dryer. I came from garden apartments and it definitely was an adjustment in the most positive way. I even ran into one of my old neighbors here ! Everyone is so so friendly. It’s very very peaceful. I don’t hear any commotion like I did in the garden apartments. The premises is super clean and the little gym we have is a great perk! Maintenance is so friendly always saying hi in the hall. They are very on top of shoveling and plowing the area during this crazy winter. Regarding the trains I do feel it’s important for future tenants to know, it is really not that bad like the other reviews indicate. It’s super sporadic the times and I have never been woken up to it. You also have to understand if you are moving next to a train track you are bound to hear some bows but I really never do. I forget I even live by one that’s how quiet it is! I love my new home!
