  If you want peace of mind don’t move here unless you are alone with no friends, no family, no boy/girlfriend nothing in your life just you, cause you won’t be able to have guests in your place. They give you only 1 tag for apartments, if you are celebrating as Christmas and you got more than 1 car, never mind all cars will be TOWED.. if the car with the tag is parked more than 3 times in the same month TOWED The maintenance man (Red Truck) has a big business with the towing company. Even if you car has the sticker if they don’t see it by snow or something else TOWED. This is so stressful for residents and profit for him. I have to be honest, property good management and quick response for everything but when residents realize that big issue normally run away. Also if you are moving out and you got help from friends with big trucks with no tag TOWED. This man don’t even let you move. TOWED TOWED TOWED.

  Parking is always a problem here; there is someone monitoring the lot all day long, and if you have visitors, they will have their cars towed. The management of this place is terrible—they even charge you if you remove the parking sticker from your car.

  Me and my son have lived here for 8 years.NEVER had a problem with maintenance. I call the office,maintenance comes within hours.Office has always been nice to me.I live near the back,they get to shoveling starting in the front.Have 2 cats,don't have a rodent problem. I like these apartments.And rules are for a reason,when you have no rules-chaos.I use the laundromat across the street.convenient..

  This apartment complex is a great place to live at! The location is great and very accessible to other main roads. The complex is quiet and well maintained. The manager, Andrea and Taylor are very kind and professional, quick to address any issues and concerns you might have.

  I have lived here for twenty years and it's been a great place to live nobody bothers you and it's nice and quiet the new landlords put new roofs on all the buildings as well as new asphalt I highly recommend presidential court apartments
