Me and my son have lived here for 8 years.NEVER had a problem with maintenance. I call the office, maintenance comes within hours.Office has always been nice to me.I live near the back, they get to shoveling starting in the front.Have 2 cats, don't have a rodent problem. I like these apartments. And rules are for a reason, when you have no rules-chaos.I use the laundromat across the street.convenient..

The apartment complex was friendly when you first move in, but once you get on their bad side(run into any hardships in life)and question how they run things, then the harassment will start. Don't park your car with the back in they will have their creep tow your vehicle. The neighborhood snitch will also spy on you if management has an issue with you, so just beware of that. They are not friendly here and don't have visitors over because their car will be towed. Do not rent if you have kids because they are not allowed on the grass. If you don't run into these issues, just still be cautious renting because they watch you closely at this property(especially the man who stalks your ever move to get your car towed or make up stories while watching you). Management is not the best either and when they are questioned about their fake rules that they pick and choose when to follow, will send their stalker to harass you and yours guests. They say are only a cat friendly place but dogs are still on the property (I guess they didn't make the management team upset). Do Not Rent Here Unless For A Last Resort.
