  I had a great experience living at Royal Court Apartments. I lived here for 3 years and it was a very good experience. The units are really nice sizes and a nice open concept for hosting. You don't get that in most apartments now. Ted, the super was beyond awesome. He was so helpful and was always just a phone call away, always ready to help. The dishwasher broke while I was living there and within that same day a new one was ordered and on its way. The location is perfect especially if you commute to the city for work. There is a bus stop down the street and the New Bridge Landing train station just a 5 minute walk away. I truly have nothing bad to say about this place. I thoroughly enjoyed by time living here.

  Very upset seeing that this place has one star. It obviously deserves more. me and my mom have been living there for 2 years and its been a wonderful experience. whenever you need a fix in your apartment you can call Ted and he immediately schedules a time to see you. He never fails to do so. my mom and i had some complications like clogged tub and things needed to be fixed but he ALWAYS fixed them. we were very comfortable and if he had a bigger apartment we wouldve moved back. you can count on ted to help you with any problems you have. regarding neighbors they are very friendly and they dont mind a little noise. never any problems at our apartment and overall a very nice experience !
