The property is beautifully maintained year-round by resident Manager, Carlos. Snow removal is excellent; pathways are cleaned so you can walk from your door to retrieve mail or dispose of trash. Repairs are addressed quickly and efficiently by Manager. He will keep you informed if a part needs to be ordered and follow-up till request is completed. I've been a resident since 2015 and happy to call Mayflower home.

NICE PLACE WITH A GREAT SUPER. There is an old problem that your company is aware of which I have I informed you of a few times, about preventing a head on collision. The entrance behind the building next to Jersey Mike's has a sign pointing into the property indication Police Station,it appears to be a short cut to police station which it is not,it looks like this road which actually runs back to Ridgewood avenue is a two way dead end because it has no WHITE ARROWS to indicate one way. Motorists turn around thinking it is TWO WAY dead end street and go back in the wrong way. Delivery people do the same thing. I have seen a few near head on collisions at the corner including myself. Tenants all know it is one way that is why they usually look only in one direction when they step out from behind the building. I always look two ways. I have been solving traffic problems in NYC & NEW JERSEY for about 50 years. Hoping Mayfair apartments correct these misleading problems. Francis Geraghty 1C
