- VGVivian GonzalezDec 12, 20252.0The man in the office is super friendly and detail oriented. But he wouldn't tell me how much the units were up for when I asked. Which I didn't appreciate. Also, he sat there and took all my information. He also showed me a piece of paper that explained all of the fees. Which are quite a lot. I was gonna have to pay about $1,600 on top of the rent, partially because I have two dogs. But I never ended up living there, so I don't know how that goes. But, overall, the experience could've been worse. He even gave me a free, small water bottle, a bag of Fritos, and two lollipops. Which I did appreciate! :-D

The staff is super helpful and really supportive. From management to maintenance, everyone is very responsive and truly cares about making sure the tenants here are heard and comfortable. Any issues are handled in a very timely manner! Elena, Carlos, and Boris are amazing! :)
