First of all. You will never in your life meet an apartment manager who has the dedication to his customers like Scott. He made sure my wife and I were comfortable in our new apartment and had the knowledge and the customer service mentality to make sure we were 100% happy with our new place. These apartments are the perfect mix of affordability and comfort. Ask for Scott you will not be disappointed.

This is my first apartment and I have been living here since April 2016, today is the 29th of December 2017. I live on the first floor in one of the single bedroom apartments. Overall things are very good, it's clean, convenient, safe and affordable. The location is great as there are many stores and services available within short distance. So far I've had two major problems: one with a leaking sink many months ago (but the maintenance personnel addressed the issue within a day or two, it started to leak again but was extremely slow and was fixed within a few days, I haven't had a problem since though). And the other issue was with strange upstairs neighbors (they made an unreasonable amount of sudden loud outbursts that were quite disturbing but they moved out shortly after I moved in, the person that moved in after them is quiet and friendly). Since these problems were fixed I can say that I am happy with living here. The grounds are landscaped every so often (about once a week in growing season) and there are laundry rooms in the basement of a handful of buildings so one doesn't have to walk too far. There is also an outright laundromat across the street as well as a pizza place, chinese food place, several fast food places, a bank, and a tailor/dry cleaner. Across Route 10 there is the randolph diner and several other small stores. There are two very nice restaurants down the street within about a 5 minute walk. In the summer the pool is open and is big enough to do a few short laps (I've only been in it once or twice but it's nice that it's there). There are many parks in the immediate area, one can actually walk to Hedden park from this complex by only crossing essentially one major road which is fantastic. My rent is 1300$ a month and some things are somewhat dated (everything in the bathroom is powder blue and the kitchen appliances are a little old but I am happy everything is clean and functioning). Services are extremely convenient; snow removal is great and quick. There is one negative that's fairly minor: the laundry rooms are antiquated and can be a little dreary but they're clean places to clean your clothes so it serves it's purpose. It'd be also nice if they took a charge card or something, I need to get quarters frequently just to do laundry. Otherwise I am extremely satisfied with living here. EDIT June 2018 After living in a single first floor apartment unit for the past two years I have moved out. I had to cancel my lease suddenly and a solution was found which worked out for both the apartment complex staff and myself. I was very happy with my stay at center Grove village. Every experience I had with people working there was great. Neighbors were generally friendly and the grounds are pretty nice. Would definitely move back under different circumstances
