I’ve encountered very few issues during my time here, and whenever I did need assistance, both management and maintenance were quick to resolve my concerns.

Living here used to feel organized, cared for, and actually worth the money when Ironstate was in charge. Ever since the new owners living residential took over, it’s been nothing but frustration. They come off as blatantly money hungry charging more, delivering less, and showing zero real concern for residents. The whole place feels like it’s being run by people who see tenants as dollar signs instead of actual human beings. The only reason this place is still functioning is the maintenance team. Maintenance is the only department that deserves respect. They move fast, show up, fix things right the first time, and they actually care. If the rest of management operated with even half their professionalism, this complex wouldn’t feel like such a downgrade.
