  Buying a townhome at Meridian Walk at Princeton has been one of our biggest mistakes, and our experience with Toll Brothers at this site has been extremely disappointing. From the start, the design upgrades we carefully selected came with numerous flaws and missing items. Several features that were supposed to be included were either installed incorrectly or not installed at all. Instead of a smooth process, we had to conduct multiple, extremely detailed inspections ourselves just to catch issues that should never have been missed in the first place. Many of these problems were only addressed after repeated follow-ups, ultimately delaying our closing and causing unnecessary stress. Communication has been another major issue. Emails often go unanswered for long periods, and getting clear, timely responses feels like a constant struggle. For a builder of Toll Brothers’ reputation, this lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. Even after moving in, the problems did not stop. HOA-related complaints and concerns are not handled properly or in a timely manner, leaving homeowners frustrated and without resolution. There is very little accountability, and follow-through is poor. Overall, the Toll Brothers name at this location feels meaningless. The experience has been far from “luxury” or “premium” and instead has been exhausting and disappointing. I would strongly urge potential buyers to do extensive research, inspect everything thoroughly, and think twice before committing to this community.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you’re okay with your DEEDED, ASSIGNED, and NUMBERED parking spaces being taken by unauthorized vehicles — and the HOA does absolutely NOTHING about it! Imagine coming home from work every day only to find your parking spot taken by someone else. It’s been 3 months since I first complained, and still, no solution or enforcement has been provided. If having reliable, assigned parking matters to you, this community will disappoint you. The lack of action from management and the HOA is unacceptable.

  We’ve had several problems with the design studio’s work, even for upgrades we paid for (railing, light switches, and electrical connections). Basic items were either missed or installed incorrectly—causing damage to our light fixtures, a five-day delay in refrigerator installation due to outlet errors, and a 10-day delay for our dishwasher due to a wrong water connection. On top of that, the HVAC room is producing an unusually loud sound, adding to the ongoing inconvenience. Given the time, expense, and repeated mistakes, this has been extremely frustrating.
