Basic items were either missed or installed incorrectly—causing damage to our light fixtures, a five-day delay in refrigerator installation due to outlet errors, and a 10-day delay for our dishwasher due to a wrong water connection. On top of that, the HVAC room is producing an unusually loud sound, adding to the ongoing inconvenience. Given the time, expense, and repeated mistakes, this has been extremely frustrating.
