I had struggled with my landlord for years, he was never available and never cared in what conditions I lived with my two kids. My sister moved to The Crest at Princeton Meadows Apartment last year and absolutely loved it. So she talked me into moving here as well, I m so grateful now to my sister, to the management staff who made this process so easy. Special thank you to Anna Saparidze for her support and dedication to people who have language barriers, who ask millions questions but Anna goes above and beyond to resolve any issues whatsoever. My high recommendation to this development and to Anna as well. Thank You

Very comfortable, safe and quiet environment to live in, I am very happy and satisfied with everything. I would like to say a big thank you to Ana Saparidze for her professionalism and responsibility, for her friendship, and without Ana I probably wouldn't have found myself in this amazing residential complex, I am infinitely grateful to Ana Saparidze

Classic case of "grass isnt always greener". Rent prices are about average for the area and same with electric so theres no room to complain there. Units are small especially if you have a lot of furniture but it is workable for sure. Maintenance was pretty fast however there was lots of poor upkeep. IE: potholes all over the parking lots, pools of puddles on the sidewalks whenever it rains, snow management was awful, dumpsters overflowing and spilling over into the parking lot. Had to call out of work because they plowed my car in, gave them the benefit of the doubt hoping they would come the next day, had to door dash a shovel and dig out my car. Not a massive issue, live and learn. Electric is expensive everywhere btw, lots of complaints about that but its not the property's fault. Relatively quiet neighborhood. Good schools, safe town. Lots of things around to do for all ages. Decent amenities, slightly above average. Great gym. Pool was nice during the summer aside from non-residents coming in and smoking pot and drinking and hogging all the chairs but you'll always get that at any complex. Outdoor grills were disgusting and no personal grills allowed was a disappointment for sure. Overall not a bad place to go if you just need a decent clean unit with a good family friendly community. All residents were very nice and friendly. My main concern is how I have been ghosted during move out. I moved out recently and still have not received my security deposit refund. I contacted the property 4 times via email and phone. It is like all of a sudden they choose not to answer my calls or messages. I am calling during business hours and giving multiple days for an email response. I used to call them and they would answer right away, and emails would respond within an hour or so. All of a sudden its as if they have ghosted me. EDIT: Magically after leaving this review, the security deposit FINALLY appeared in the mail a day later. Not sure how to reply to the owner's reply but, my response to the reply, I tried calling you guys multiple times and the manager always happened to not be in. Happy I finally got the deposit and it has been settled. But I will be leaving this review up as that was blatantly obvious you guys were hoping I would forget or something. I was told when I handed the keys, the deposit would be ready within a week or so.......exactly one month later I got it. Come on.

The positive thing I can say about Crest is my tour. The people in the office were really nice & started my tour on time. I toured a 1 bedroom and the first thing I realized was how small the apartment was, granted I looked at the 675sq foot one but for over $1900 it was really small with barely any closet space. I want to assume the price is that way because there is a washer & dryer but that still isn’t worth the price. The other thing I seen was the balcony & it was moldy with the paint chipping terribly. For the amounts they are charging on TOP of the extra fees/utilities that isn’t included in the rent is insane.

Please think about electric bill before moving here. HVAC and appliances are ancient. Apartment are not energy efficient. I don’t understand how 2 bedroom small apartment can have bills over 500 per month during winter. Maintenance guys will just do bare minimum to resolve issue and close requests. I think landlord should at least replace these ancient appliances for the sake of environment. Most dog owners don’t pickup after their pets. Really wanted to be here for long but these issues are serious. Apart from this, community is nice.
