Quick question—are we fixing the water, or just running an experiment on how long tenants can survive without it?
We were told 8 AM to 5 PM, and it’s now 9:30… is there a new timezone we should be aware of, or is this just the “extend and don’t explain” strategy again?
Also, the updates have been impressively consistent—consistently vague. At this point, the emails feel less like updates and more like cliffhangers with no ending.
This seems to happen a lot, so you’d think the communication plan would’ve been fixed before the pipes.
Looking forward to the plot twist where the water actually comes back.
Shoutout to the leasing office team though -you guys are always great and genuinely incredibly nice and we know this probably isn’t on you 🙏
Update:
I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt and waited until midnight like they promised the water would be back. Shocker—still nothing. At this point, the only thing more consistent than all the problems is management’s ability to miss their own timelines.
Love the “working diligently” line in the email—especially since my girlfriend drove past the site tonight and apparently “diligently” means no one being there at all.
I genuinely feel bad for families dealing with this, because let’s be real—this is crossing into straight-up uninhabitable territory. Like, we’ve moved past “minor inconvenience” and entered “third-world survival simulator.”
Also, not to overshare, but I’m legitimately running low on water bottles to pee in… which is a sentence I never thought I’d have to say while paying rent here. The fact that this is even a workaround is insane.
What’s even funnier (and by funny I mean wildly embarrassing) is how management somehow has Olympic-level speed when it comes to yeeting kids’ bikes into the dumpster, but suddenly turns into a dial-up connection when it’s time to fix actual critical issues like, I don’t know… WATER.
But hey, once again, shoutout to the leasing office staff—they’re always nice. It’s just a shame they’re stuck representing whatever this situation is.

I’ve lived here for less than 2–3 weeks, and unfortunately my experience has already been very disappointing. I’m writing this review to share specific issues that new residents should be aware of before applying.
The heating system does not properly warm the unit. While the thermostat can be set up to 78, the heat does not adequately reach the bedroom, leaving the room consistently cold. This is a comfort and livability issue that should have been addressed before move-in.
The unit also did not appear to be properly prepared for a new tenant. The carpet was clearly not replaced, as there was a visible yellow stain present upon move-in. In addition, the kitchen cabinets have a strong, unpleasant odor that remains even after repeated cleaning. These are basic cleanliness and maintenance concerns.
There are also additional fees that were not clearly emphasized upfront, including charges for amenities such as the gym. The gym itself is very small and may not be useful to many residents, making the extra cost frustrating.
Overall, the condition of the apartment and the added fees do not match the rent being charged. I regret not reviewing previous tenant feedback before making this decision. Based on my experience so far, I would not recommend this property, and I do not plan to renew my lease once it ends. I hate it here ngl.
Update 4/26
Tbh once my lease is up I’m out. Still same problem. They’ve cane to fix my heater and ac more than 3x and nothing has been done. When the weather is hot, even the ac doesn’t work good and makes my bills go up. I’ve brought a heater cause that too doesn’t work, now I’m about to waste my money on getting a fan. Don’t waste your precious time and hard earned money on coming here pls.

To Quail Ridge & Westminster Management: Thank you all for being so communicative, keeping us tenants informed/updated, and being proactive & attentive toward notices and requests that come across your desks/emails. This is a very, vastly different experience from my previous landlords, which have left me feeling left in the dark or to just worry about myself in the past. I am appreciative of the energy Quail Ridge / Westminster Management exert to maintain a transparent, compassionate, and professional contractual relationship with all of us.
To everyone else: Snow removal has been timely and effective, salting of walking paths is never an after-thought, maintenance exert care and finesse if you have something like a front door ornament or a doormat whenever they leaf blow and shovel snow. EVERYBODY is kind, nice, and a pleasure to talk to. I'd recommend friends to review open apartments here, and take a tour of the accomodations this complex has, simply due to the support the Maintenance and Management Teams provide each and every tenant of theirs.
