  My experience as a resident here at The Randolph, I will rate it at a 5. For the most part my experiences here are well received. I love my unit,2 bd quiet ,2 baths W/D. Our apt.is very cozy. The other residents are friendly, polite. Recently I was in a situation that I needed immediate assistance. I went to locate maintenance

  I’ve had a great experience living at Randolph Apartments. The property management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and reliable, which makes living here stress-free. The community is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Shoutout to Jason and Osyrus for organizing the Scream Truck for residents—the ice cream treat was the perfect ending to the day! I would definitely recommend living here.

  “I truly enjoy living here. The community is welcoming, and the staff always goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable. Small gestures like giving out free ice cream mean so much and show genuine care. It’s a wonderful place to call home!” Thank you my kids really enjoy 😊

  This place has went downhill tremendously since I moved in almost 2 years ago. Very Noisy, smelly carpets, vending machines that don’t work. Living here has become a nightmare. These apartments just slap the word “luxury” on buildings, but know nothing of true luxury. Disappointed in what this place has become. Don’t recommend, spend your hard earned money elsewhere!
