  Zeani is an outstanding leasing agent! She was incredibly helpful, informative, and always quick to respond to any questions I had.   Just toured with Z, she was very tentative and illustrated everything beautifully. For me the price is high for what the property is. If these units were between 14-1500 I’d lock in a 15 month lease. However Z throughly explained what was available, the uniqueness for each unit. She was very well mannered and made me feel welcome. Hopefully my next place wherever I reside has someone of her caliber. Thanks Z for the time taken out for the tour! You truly were phenomenal in the experience. More of as to why I plan on not moving in. The units are very old, with internet hookups wall mounted with older equipment. The floor may have new carpet but it’s uneven & creeks which is to be expected with older building/ units. The walls/ ceilings you can see patch work. Even the new finished work was done by a third party who doesn’t pay attention, and is use to cookie cutter fixes. There is visible water damage which brings concerns of potential hazardous elements and I have a son under 2 years of age. Slapping new appliances, cabinets, and cheap flooring doesn’t justify the rental price. $1400-1500 ballpark for the 1units.

  Loved the place when I first moved in but unfortunately, it hasn’t been a pleasant experience. I’ve messaged the company more than once in regards to numerous situations. The company never responds. Their has been a big situation that has happened and I am now taking legal action.

  I've lived at Holly Court for 3 years now, it has been a great experience and Marie and Terry have been nothing but fantastic in helping me with any and all questions or concerns I've had. It's hard to find good help and they're the most helpful
